Volcano Week!

Spring Cleaning!

With all the strep throat and flu that has been going around we are on a mass spring cleaning today. We have the best helpers ever in kindergarden. Goodbye sickness!

Pink Shirt Reminder:

This Wednesday, February 25, is pink shirt day. Please have your son/daugther wear a pink shirt (and or any other item of clothing) to help support anti bullying.

Pajama Day Fun!

After our dinosaur exploration this week the children were very excited to watch The Land Before Time in their pajamas this morning!

Chinese New Year Celebration

Red Sail Restaurant donated fortune cookies to help in our celebration of Chinese New Year. We also enjoyed clementines, a symbol of good luck:) Gung Hay Fat Choy!!! (Happy New Year in Chinese)

Dinosaur Tracks

Using paint and toy dinosaurs...students made their own dinosaur tracks



Rice Re-Make

As we were starting out our week emptying out our beautiful valentines rice from the sensory bin we decided to use some neon food colouring and a little vinegar to reinvent it into 'spring rice'. Only 31 more days until spring and we are ready!!! :)
